This English translation is provided for convenience. The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. Definitions

  • "FerrFleet": the AI agent execution and observability service edited by Bryan Ferrando — Entrepreneur individuel (FerrLabs), SIREN 104 243 951, accessible at ferrfleet.com and app.ferrfleet.com.
  • "Customer": any natural person of legal age or legal entity having subscribed to a FerrFleet Subscription.
  • "Agent": any AI agent (prompt, working directory, sub-agents, attached MCP skills) defined by the Customer in the FerrFleet catalog.
  • "Run": an execution of an Agent, triggered manually, by cron schedule, or by webhook, which spawns a Claude Code subprocess and forwards the prompt to Anthropic.
  • "Content": any prompt, instruction, code, data, or output produced by the Customer or by an Agent through the Service.
  • "Subscription": the pricing tier (Free, Pro, Team, or Enterprise) subscribed to by the Customer.

2. Acceptance

Use of the Service implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted them prior to any subscription.

3. Service description

FerrFleet provides:

  • An agent catalog (prompt, working directory, sub-agents, attached MCP skills)
  • An execution dispatcher that spawns Claude Code subprocesses (Anthropic) using the Agent's configured parameters
  • An observability layer: full transcripts, token counts, USD costs, replay
  • Schedules (cron, webhook, on-PR) to trigger Agents automatically

FerrLabs is not the language model provider — Anthropic is. FerrFleet is an orchestration and observability layer on top of Claude Code.

4. Pricing and subscription

Current pricing is published at ferrfleet.com/pricing. The Service is offered in four tiers:

  • Free: 100 runs/month, 1 custom agent. Runs of FerrLabs first-party agents targeting a product where the organization holds an active subscription do not count against the quota.
  • Pro / Team / Enterprise: increasing volumes of runs, custom agents, MCP skills, users, and advanced features (SSO, extended audit, priority support).

Beyond the subscribed tier, usage-based fees may apply (additional runs, tokens consumed) according to the published price schedule.

5. Payment

Payments are made through Stripe Inc. (United States, Data Privacy Framework certified), by credit card or SEPA direct debit. The Customer expressly authorizes monthly automatic debit. Each invoice is issued on the subscription anniversary date.

6. Term, renewal and termination

The Subscription is concluded without commitment, and is tacitly renewed each month on the anniversary date. The Customer can terminate at any time from their account area (termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period). No pro-rata refund.

In accordance with the French law of 16 August 2022, termination is accessible by means at least as simple as subscription.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, a Customer who is a consumer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. The Customer expressly waives this right by requesting immediate execution of the Service upon subscription. This waiver is materialized by the checkbox at payment time.

8. Customer obligations

The Customer warrants that the Content submitted and executed:

  • Does not infringe any intellectual property right
  • Is not defamatory, abusive or contrary to public order
  • Does not incite hatred, violence, or discrimination
  • Does not contain child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content illegal under French law
  • Complies with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy applicable to Claude Code
  • Complies with the GDPR for any personal data transmitted in prompts

The Customer is solely responsible for the prompts, tool definitions and code their Agents execute. The Customer undertakes to indemnify FerrLabs against any claim, judgment, or defense costs related to non-compliant Content.

9. Agent execution and liability

FerrFleet is an agent execution platform built on top of Claude Code (Anthropic). The Customer understands and accepts that:

  • Prompts submitted by the Customer may be transmitted to Anthropic for execution. The Customer is responsible for not including in their prompts personal data without a legal basis, illegal content, or unencrypted secrets (API keys, passwords).
  • FerrLabs is not liable for content generated by the Agents (LLM output). Any output must be reviewed by the Customer before being used in production.
  • FerrLabs applies rate limits and a per-run timeout to protect the infrastructure. These limits may evolve without prior notice.
  • In case of abuse (model jailbreak attempts, limit circumvention, mass scraping), FerrLabs reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice.
  • Run cost is billed according to the subscribed tier (Free: 100 runs/month; Pro / Team / Enterprise: increasing tiers). Runs of FerrLabs first-party agents targeting a product where the organization holds an active subscription do not count against the quota.

10. Suspension and termination for cause

FerrLabs may suspend or terminate the Subscription, without notice or refund, in case of:

  • Breach of the Customer obligations (article 8)
  • Breach of Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy
  • Payment default of more than 15 days
  • Serious breach of these terms
  • Attempted attack on the infrastructure (abuse, spam, fraud, persistent jailbreak)

11. Personal data

The Customer's data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy published at ferrfleet.com/privacy. FerrLabs is the data controller for Customer account data. Where the Customer's Agents process personal data through their prompts or tools, the Customer is the data controller and FerrLabs is the processor within the meaning of GDPR art. 28; a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request. Anthropic acts as a sub-processor of FerrLabs for model execution.

12. Intellectual property

  • The FerrFleet source code, the "FerrLabs" and "FerrFleet" trademarks, the agent editor, the observability layer, and all associated graphical elements remain the exclusive property of Bryan Ferrando — Entrepreneur individuel.
  • Prompts, agents and configurations submitted by the Customer remain the property of the Customer. The Customer grants FerrLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, execute, cache and technically adapt this Content for the purposes of the Service.
  • Ownership of outputs generated by the Agents (model outputs) is governed by Anthropic's commercial terms.

13. Limitation of liability

FerrLabs is bound by an obligation of means. FerrLabs's liability is limited to direct foreseeable damages and shall not exceed, in any event, the amounts paid by the Customer over the past 12 months. FerrLabs is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, loss of data not backed up by the Customer, reputational harm, automated decisions taken on the basis of an unreviewed Agent output).

FerrLabs is not liable in case of force majeure (infrastructure subcontractor outage, Anthropic unavailability, DDoS attack, network unavailability).

14. Modification of terms

FerrLabs reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modification is notified to the Customer by email at least 30 days before its entry into force. Failing express opposition by termination within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. For any dispute with a professional Customer, exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lille.

For any dispute with a consumer Customer, in accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. Designated mediator: [À COMPLÉTER — ex : CMAP, Médicys].

16. Final provisions

The possible nullity of a stipulation does not entail the nullity of the whole. FerrLabs's failure to exercise a right cannot be interpreted as a waiver.

French version: Conditions générales.
